"Food For Healing" workshops that are sponsored by Wind River Cancer Wellness Services will be noted and are offered free of charge for cancer survivors. All are welcome.... cancer survivors, caregivers, health care professionals and ANYONE interested in healthy healing foods. Donations are gladly accepted and returned to Wind River to support further outreach programs |

Wind River Cancer Wellness Retreats are coming to the Raleigh/Durham area!
Join us Saturday, September 9th for a day filled with Wind River magic. Taking the phrase and concept of accepting our “new normal” and exploring instead: “What CAN we be now” And how can we embrace, love and elevate who and where we are.
The day includes survivor tailored workshops on healthy clean eating, cooking demonstrations, yoga/breathing/movement, drumming with Greg Whitt, and a special segment on Brene Brown’s Rising Strong, presented by Trish Baron. This is a great chance to connect with other survivors, and laugh and let go of your cares!!! And as always, this special retreat will be offered at NO COST to survivors!
The day will be facilitated by Wind River alums Cheryl LeCroy, Trish Baron, and Chris Cantrell.
