Lemon Chia Pancakes

​Lemon Chia Pancakes
Makes 8 pancakes

Ingredients

2 Ripe Bananas
2 eggs
2 scoops protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
Juice from 1 lemon
1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp all purpose flour (You can use any flour of your choice, adapting this recipe to gluten free)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients until smooth.  Pour batter into a pan prepared with non-stick spray.  Cook on medium/low heat and flip once pancakes begin bubbling. Serve hot.  Toppings could include: Pure maple syrup.  Greek yogurt and granola. Fresh berries.
